James Edward Pinkard, age 76, Haleyville, AL. passed away Sunday April 5, 2026. He was a Baptist, retired from Fontaine.
Visitation will be Saturday April 11, 2026 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Bro. John Humphres officiating. Burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Phil Campbell, AL.
He is survived by his children, Cher Pinkard, Paul (Suzann) Pinkard and Brent Pinkard; brothers and sisters, Hugh Pinkard, Luis Ray Pinkard, Betty Ricketts, Rita Nix, Judy Sandars and Nadine Wiles; grandchildren, Kayla, Jessica, Dreama, Brooke, Brandon, Breanna, Alex, Shiann, Carol, Edna and Kayla; great grandchildren, Lincoln, Jeremiah, Zayden, Adalyn, Aiyanna, Ron Tae, Alyanna, Aryanna, Gunner, Luchion, Brigett, Austin and Emmett
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lille Pinkard; sister, Mae Anderson; infant brother, Herman Pinkard.
The family to recognize the care, love and support that was shown to James and the family by Clearview Cancer Center and Southeast Hospice.
