Mr. James Edward Fullard Sr. was born in Waycross, GA on December 23, 1942, to his parents the late Mr. Eddie Fullard and Mrs. Dorothy Williams Fullard. Mr. Fullard being raised in the farming community of Waycross, GA in his formative years learned to love the outdoors and appreciation for growing plants, particularly vegetables a hobby that would follow throughout his adult life. After graduating high school, he proudly served his country by joining the United States Army in which he would serve for 10 years. After his military career, he met his future wife Mrs. Sue Carroll Herrin and the two would marry in 1964 and the two would remain married for over 60 years. He and his wife would set their roots in their home state of Georgia and raise their children in the admonition of the Lord as he was also a devoted follower of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. Fullard being a hard worker and service member joined and retired from the City Police Department in Waycross, Ga proudly and boldly serving his community. In his retirement years, he and his wife traveled in their Recreational Vehicle, seeing the different parts of the United States, making friends and hosting at State Parks across the U.S. However, the moments closest to is heart were the ones he spent with his family, friends and those whom he loved. He will be best remembered as an excellent father, grandfather, great-grandfather, police officer, service member and friend. Mr. James Edward Fullard passed from this life on June 03, 2025, at his home in Waynesboro, TN making hiss stay on this earth some 82 years.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Mrs. Sue Carroll Fullard of Waynesboro, TN; sons James Fullard Jr. of Waycross, GA and Cecil Fullard of Waynesboro, TN; siblings Wayne Fullard and Mardy Fullard both of Waycross, GA and Betty McCormick of Nahunta, GA; grandchildren Mathew Fullard and wife Courtney  of Waycross, GA and Taylor Fullard of Brunswick, GA great-grandchildren Elena Sellers, Raelyn Sellers, Wyatt Fullard and Waylon Fullard; as well  as many other family members, friends and loved ones.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers Bobby Fullard and Sammy Fullard.

At this time there is no public service to announce.
