James Edward “Bozo” Graham, 90, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2016. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Clifton, Tennessee. He was a World War II Navy veteran.
