James E. “Pete” Mayes, age 78, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Good Samartian Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born March 10, 1938, in Courtland, Alabama.
Visitation is from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206).
A Celebration of life will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Reynolds Funeral Home in Decatur, Alabama and inhumation will follow in Annie Mae Willingham Memorial Gardens in Courtland, Alabama. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral at Reynolds Funeral Home.
