James Donald Sasser, age 69, of Decatur, passed away on Thursday April 17, 2014.
Mr. Sasser loved to watch Auburn Football. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Sasser.
Mr. Sasser is survived by his wife, Linda K. Sasser; his children, Donald Allan Sasser and Courtney Sasser McCollum; his mother, Lenora Hopper Sasser; and his grandchildren, James Haralson Sasser, John Owen Sasser, Mitchell Hughes McCollum, Griffin Sasser McCollum, and John Carter McCollum.
The family will receive friends on Monday April 21, 2014 from 6pm until 8pm at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 3000 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805.
