James D. “Jim” Clark, 77, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Countrywood Manor in Mantachie. He was born May 20, 1945, in Marietta, MS., to James R. and Sybil Franks Clark. He was the owner of Clark Fiberglass in Fulton for 45 years. He also was the owner of Clark storage units. He enjoyed flying airplanes, shooting guns, and hunting. He enjoyed driving his corvette in his later years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 24, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Minister Paul Epler officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lynn Clark; two sons, James T. “Jay” Clark (Heather) of Fairview, and Jonathon M. “Jon” Clark of Fulton; four grandchildren, Sydney Williams ( Caleb) of Virginia Beach, VA, Joseph Clark of Fulton, Zoey Clark and Sawyer Clark, both of Fairview.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
