Graveside Services for James Burks, age 87 of Vinemont, will be on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Mt. Hope in Crane Hill, AL at 1:00 p.m. Service will be officiated by Delbert Freeman.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Burks passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 20, 1933 to James and Beedy Burks.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Michael Burks.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Sharpton Burks; daughters, Lisa Reeder, Anita (Mark) Ballew, and Dorothy (Mike) Stroud; sons, Bill (late Bev) Burks and Anthony Taylor; grandchildren, Zachery (Jessica) Tanner, Mark (Jessica) Tanner, Brittney (Matt) Doth, Brianna Burks, Tyler (Ashley) Ballew, Brandi Burks; 8 great-grandchildren; and a beloved dog Bandit.
