James “Buddy” Garland Lindley, 73, of Haleyville, entered into rest on September 20, 2016 at UAB Hospital.
Mr. Lindley was born on July 4, 1939 in Red Bay, Alabama.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 1pm-2pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held at 1pm. Burial will follow in Frost Chapel Cemetery.
Buddy is survived by his son, Dewayne Lindley; daughter, Lisa McKinney and husband Johnny; grandchildren, Kayla McKinney, Keith Pendergrass, Adam Lindley, Lucas Lindley, Alex Lindley; brothers, Wayne Lindley and wife Glenda, Dennis Lindley and wife Linda; and sister, Lola Faye Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earlin and Luna Mae Lindley; brother, Jerry Lindley; sisters, Mary Ann Hood, and Marie Raulerson.
