James Boyd Fielder, age 70, of Florence, Alabama died Thurs. Oct. 25, 2012. The visitation will be Saturday from 6-8:00p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will be Sun. Oct. 28th at 2:00p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Bro. Larry Burbank and Bro. David Dowdy will be officiating. Interment will be at Centenary Cemetery in Lutts, TN.
He was a member of State Line Church of Christ in Lutts, TN.
Mr. Fielder was preceded in death by his parents C.H. and Earline Fielder; daughter Tamara Dean Stooksberry and brother Johnny Fielder.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Betty Cook Fielder, daughter, Tanya Dee Cochran; sisters, Christine White and Charlene Hatchett, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The grandchildren and great-grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
