Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church (803 Westmoreland Avenue, Athens, AL 35611). Interment will be in Thatch Mann Cemetery. Mr. Gilbert will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time with Royal Funeral Home-Mason Chapel, directing.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2016 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Royal Funeral Home-Mason, Chapel, directing.
