James Anthony “Tony” Jeffreys, 62, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018. His memorial service will be Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 7 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Rev. Charles Putman will officiate.
Tony was a native of Town Creek and a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a member of the Baptist church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Dorothy Jeffreys and brother, Dywayne Jeffreys.
Tony is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Connie Jeffreys; son, Anthony Jeffreys; daughter, April Vaughn (Jimmy); brother, Dale Jeffreys; sister, Debbie Jeffreys; grandchildren, Mia and Bailey Vaughn; and nephews, Roger, Matt, Chris and Logan Jeffreys (Halisha Black).
