James Alen Osborne, 80 of Weldon, California passed away October 30, 2025 at his daughter’s home in the Union Hill Community. He was born January 8, 1945 in California the son of Fred Willis Osborne and Ethel Flora Hammons Osborne.
He will be laid to rest alongside his wife, Leona Delaney Osborne, at the Kern River Valley Cemetery in Wofford Heights, California. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the Osborne family with local arrangements.
