Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of James Adams Hendon, aka, “Big Jelly”, age 55, of Estill Springs. James passed from this life on November 25, 2019, in the comfort of his home. On June 9, 1964, he was born to John W. “Top” Hendon and Willie Pauline Bonner Hendon. James always had a big smile and enjoyed life. He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed music, and fishing. He leaves to cherish these many memories, his wife of 22 years, Linda Moss Hendon; his beloved daughter, Kymberly (Jonas) Mazere; grandchildren, Maurice James Mazere, Isabel Sophia Mazere and Theodore Odin Mazere; siblings, Wanda Lee Johnson, Maesue Tarrant, John W (Ada) Hendon II, William Gene (Amy) Hendon; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and amazing friends of our family. James is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Joanne Simmons.
