Jacqueline Renee Goodfred “Jackie”, age 68, passed away Friday, November 7, 2025 at St. Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 o’clock pm, Friday, November 14th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, TN with Pat Waggoner officiating.
Burial will follow at 2:45PM at Spring Hill cemetery in Nashville with Jered Goodfred, Brian Goodfred, Jackson Goodfred, Hunter Goodfred, Timmy Burnett, and Eli Rogers serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, TN on Thursday, November 13th from 3:00-7:00PM and again on Friday beginning at 11:00AM until the hour of service at 1:00PM.
Mrs. Jackie was born on February 1, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee. She was a homemaker, love her grandbabies, was the “life of the party”, and loved to have a beer & a good conversation.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Dabbs and Ruby Mae Buckner; and sister, Pam Dabbs.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Jerry “Hack” Goodfred; children, Brian “Bubba” Goodfred (Melissa), Jerrie Lynn “Sissy” Burnett (Tim), and Jered “Jay” Goodfred (Cassie); grandchildren, Briana Krueger (Coty), Timmy Burnett (Destiny), Destiny Mason (Justin), Chrissa Goodfred, Elaina Goodfred, Jackson Goodfred, and Hunter Goodfred; great-grandchildren, Emerie Krueger, Laken Burnett, and Brotie Krueger; brother, Terry Dabbs (Theresa), sister, Stephanie Taylor (Matthew); and special cousins, nieces & nephews.
