Jacqueline Paige Hankins Burns, 53, passed away on January 20, 2024 in Maben, MS. She enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Robert Hankins; and brother, Henry “Hank” Hankins.
She is survived by her mother, Gwendolyn Bostick Stanfield of Maben, MS; daughters, Gail Baswell (Chris) of Alabaster, AL and Kate Brashier (Grant) of Clarksdale, MS; son, Scott Evans (Allie) of Columbus, MS; sisters, Kay Vaughan of Eupora, MS, Karen Butler of Rogers, AR, and Kim Pate of Pontotoc, MS; brother, Robert Hankins of Grand Rapids, MI; and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS. There will be a memorial service later in the spring.
