Jacqueline Louis Junot, age 74, of Tuscumbia, died Saturday, October 1, 2016. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, October 4th, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Michael J. Sassin officiating. Burial will be in Shoals Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Junot was a native of Dora, Alabama. She was a retired floral designer for Pooles Florist. Preceding Ms. Junot in death were her father, Louis Haraway; mother, Helen Thomas Malone; brother, Joseph John Malone; and ex-husband, Emerson Paul Junot Sr.
Survivors include daughters, Pamala Key Pitre, Toni Monica Borden, Eva Lynne Jeffreys (Dale Sr.), Shellaine Renee Lisby (John), and Amy Paul Junot; sister, Marie Malone Sassin (Michael); grandchildren, Terry Lee Key, April Pitre Marque, Rodger Dale Jeffreys Jr., Matthew Christopher Jeffreys, Chesley Lorene Hall, and Haleigh Anise Bain; and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
