Jacob “Jake” Anderson Stoker, passed away Wednesday, July 27, at the age of 69. Visitation will be Sunday, July 31, from 1:30 until 3 p.m. at Oak Park Church of God. A celebration of life will follow at 3 p.m. with Brother Bobby Newman officiating. Burial will follow the service at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Stoker is survived by his wife of 53 years, Faye Stoker; three children, Debbie Weatherby (Jimmy), Tracy Stoker, and Andy Stoker (Amy); sisters, Jimmie Price, Bonnie Cook, and Jerry Jacobs; grandchildren, Jerred Weatherby (Holly), Brittney Naron (Daniel), Evan Bolan, Chloe Wallace, Mason Wallace, Kailey Stoker, Wheeler Stoker, and Easton Stoker; and seven great-grandchildren.
Jake was a member of Oak Park Church of God and was retired from International Paper.
The family would like to thank Dr. Lobo and the staff on the third floor of Decatur Morgan Main Hospital.
