Jackie Ray McAbee, 75, passed away on February 23, 2026 at River City Nursing Home in Decatur.
Jack was a retired owner of McAbee Drywall. He loved the outdoors and traveling.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Henry and Lee Ora McAbee; daughter, Leslie Howell; brothers, Thurman, Ed, Mickey, Bill, Joe, Bobby and Sonny; sisters, Betty Lou McAbee, Dorothy Rachal, Agnes Posey and Peggy Yeager.
Survivors are his children, Sam, Kristian and Justin; grandchildren, Cooper, Tristan and Kaden; sister, Glenda Knighten, Pat Robertson, Debbie Ledlow and Mary Jane Hopper; several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
