Jack William Ewert, Jr., 74 of Hazel Green passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Crestwood Medical Center. Mr. Ewert is preceded in death by a daughter Elenore Justice and two grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Patricia D. Ewert; daughters, Sally Stephens and Jackie Sanford (Art); son, Jack W. Ewert, III; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two brothers Lawrence Ewert and Raymond Ewert. Visitation will be Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral will be at 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with Reverend Benny Berry officiating. Burial will follow at Bevill’s Chapel Cemetery. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
