Jack Wayne Fann, 74, of Ozark, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015. He was a retired aircraft mechanic. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rita Fann; children, Adam Scott Fann (Tammy); Ashley Sean Fann (Machelle); Ana-Shea Fann; sister, Dianne Badipour; four grandchildren; four nieces and three nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 3 at Berryhill Funeral Home from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Masonic Rites will held in the chapel at 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jack Fann Memorial Fund at St. Labre Indian School, P. O. Box 216, Ashland, Montana 59003. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
