Jack Larry Elliott, 78, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at North Al. Medical Center, Florence, AL. He was born in Cherokee, AL to Olen Edward and Maedell Beatrice Cosby Elliott. He was a sales representative for Tiffin Motor Homes and was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
Services will be Friday, September 8, 1 p.m. at Cornerstone Church of God with Bro. Tim Henderson and David Tiffin officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years – Brenda Elliott; two sons – Randy Elliott and Tracy Elliott (Anjie); grandchildren – Laken Raper (Brock), Allyson Elliott Hubbard (Ben) and Tra Elliott (Audrey); great-grandchildren – Jack Murl, Ella Rae, Emery Delynn and John Greyson; sister – Ella Sue Daily; sister-in-law – Coreese Pardue and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Chester, Billy Joe, Tommy, Roy Dean and Steve and a sister, Ann Marie Mauldin.
Pallbearers will be Randy Elliott, Tracy Elliott, Tra Elliott, Brock Raper, Ben Hubbard, Marvin Carlton, Brandon Elliott and Blake Elliott. Honorary pallbearer will be Jack Murl Raper.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, 6-9 p.m. at Cornerstone Church of God, Red Bay, AL.
