Jack Kemp, age 81, Haleyville, AL. passed away Saturday May 9, 2020. He was retired from IBEW #606 in Orlando, FL., a member of New Prospect Baptist Church in Haleyville, AL.
Graveside service will be Saturday May 23, 2020 at 11:00AM at Winston Memorial Cemetery, with Dr. Ron Horton officiating.
He is survived by his son, Rodney Kemp, his wife Rena Cook; grandson, Chris Kemp; sisters and brothers, Gladys Juanita Kemp Starling, Marcene Kemp White, Domer Slator Kemp, Joann Kemp Morgan and Harold Eugene Kemp; a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lester Kemp and Ada Fern Slator; wife, Glynell Hannah Kemp; daughter, Pamela Kay Kemp; sisters and brothers, William Dale Kemp, Betty Jean Kemp Frederick, James Wayne Kemp, Bobby Kemp and Madelyn Kemp.
