Jack Jeffrey Phillips, age 71 of Nauvoo, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Kelley Cemetery. Darrell Pate will officiate.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his Sister-Sharon Easterwood Brittain; Brother-Keith Phillips and wife Vicki; Niece-Megan Brittain; Stepfather-Fred Easterwood; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law-Charles Frost and Mirtie Frost; Brother-in-law-Allen Frost.
He is survived by his Wife-Charlotte Frost Phillips; Mother-Lamona Easterwood of Jasper; Sons-Brandon Phillips (Terrah) of Eldridge and Patrick Phillips (fiancée April) of Cullman; Brother-Barry Easterwood (Judy); Brother-in-law-Jeff Frost (Tracy); Grandchildren-Jax Phillips and Gunner Phillips.
