A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for J. Richard Dunn, 91, will be Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Blue Springs Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Dunn died on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 1, 1930, in Morgan County to Alex Harrison Dunn and Lottie Neal Cooey Dunn. He was employed as a Line Leader for Wolverine Tube until his retirement, was a Mason for more than 40 years and loved Alabama Football. He was a very active person, loved hunting, fishing and golf. He and the love of his life, Betty Turney Dunn, were married for 72 years. His parents preceded him in death.
