J B Kirchler, age 93, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away March 5, 2018 at Lakeland Community Hospital. He was a pharmacist, a faithful member of First United Methodist Church, Haleyville and had served in the Merchant Marines during World War II.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 73 years, Dorothy Akridge Kirchler; children, Rebecca Kirchler Baggett( husband, Clint), James Bartle Kirchler, Jr. (wife, Kay);
grandchildren, John Allen Baggett,( wife, Loren Leigh), Frances Ann Baggett, Lydia Baggett, Colin Baggett.
Visitation is Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Russell Hestley and Bro. Keith Murner officiating. Burial in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
