Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Blue Spring Road Church of Christ (2150 Blue Spring Road NW, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Pastor Devins Jackson as eulogist and Pastor Kerry Warner officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Toney will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 27, 2023, and 8:30 until 11:30 a.m., Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Royal Funeral Home.
