Faye Sargent Iva Faye Mash Sargent, 80, of Columbia, Tennessee passed away on February 17, 2019 at her home.

Faye was born on November 4, 1938 to Wilburn Mash and Lettie McCann Mash. She was the youngest of nine children. She married the love of her life on August 26, 1961 and they spent sixty wonderful years together. She retired from Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation and was a seamstress for thirty years. She loved spending time with her family especially watching all three of her grandsons play baseball, football, basketball and soccer the last eighteen years. She looked forward to each Labor Day weekend so she could support Grace Church of the Nazarene men’s Softball team in the National Nazarene Men’s Softball Tournaments for the past twenty-two years. She loved to go to Branson, Missouri or the Great Smoky Mountains each fall with her best friends, Jack and Sylvia Auville. She also enjoyed shopping. Anyone who has ever met her, loved her. She had the most precious spirit of anyone. She loved the Lord and loved going to church every time the doors were open, up until she could no longer attend.
