Iva Bess Gullette Inman, 90, of Sheffield, died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013. Her visitation will be Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. Her service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. with Larry Kilpatrick officiating. Burial will follow in Barton Cemetery.
Mrs. Inman was preceded in death by her son, Marcie Joe Inman. She was a ticket agent for over 33 years for Southern Railroad.
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Cecil G. “Pete” Inman; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family, including Joe Vail, Richard Campbell and Steve Godfrey.
Morrison Funeral Home of Cherokee is directing.
