Isabell Ruth Lackey, age 88 of Huntsville passed away Dec. 11, 2018.
She is survived by her partner of 30 years Austin Taylor Pace; son Stephen W. Lackey (Jennie); brothers Kenneth Scott, James Scott, and Arnold Scott (Mary), half-siblings Betty Scott Weikert (Tony), Brian Scott (Jenny), Robert Scott, Randolph Scott (Edna), and Phillip Scott; grandchildren Stephen A. Lackey, Christina Lackey Chiles (Grant), Todd Lackey (Vanessa Moore), Jason Lackey, and April Lackey; great-grandchildren Stephen Lackey III, McAlister Chiles, Jonathan Moore, Adelyn Lackey, Olivia Quintana-Lackey, and Lily Quintana.
She was preceded in death by her father Arthur Scott, mother Vonnie Posey, youngest son Roger Dean Lackey, and half brother Brent Scott.
There will be a visitation on Thurs., Jan. 3, 2018, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Billy Langford. Burial will be in Travis Cemetery in Skyline, AL, on County Road 107.
