Irwin Nelson “Buddy” Walker, 58, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, July 29, 2021, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Buddy was a former truck driver. He enjoyed metal detecting and fishing. He is survived by his mother, Emma Kathleen Anderson of Columbia, TN; one brother, Thomas Walker (Dana) of Tupelo; two sisters, Flora Mae Garlin (James) of Michie, TN, and Dianne Pittman (Jackie) of Iuka; three half-brothers; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Nelson Walker and step-mother, Peggy; his parents, William and Delilah Walker; his step-father, Wardell Anderson; two sisters, Sarah Walker and Deborah Forman; and a half-brother. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 7, at Airport Mission Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Roger Wood. Memorials may be made to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery Fund.
