Faye Allison, beloved wife, mother, and Nana, entered her eternal home with the Lord on Sunday, November 2, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She lived a life rooted in faith, service, and devotion—loving God, her church, and her family with all of her heart.

Faye found joy in the simple yet profound gift of serving others. She loved nothing more than sewing and cooking for her family and friends whom she loved dearly. Her kitchen was a place of love, warmth, and togetherness—just as her life was a reflection of love in action. She had a quick wit, and she especially loved to joke and laugh with her family, and even with strangers that she met along the way. Her teasing smile, playful comments, and lighthearted nature made for many memorable moments and her home was a place where people felt welcomed.

For more than 30 years, Faye was a faithful member of Florence First Church of the Nazarene, where she worshiped, served, and built lifelong friendships. After she and her husband, Dr. D. Lee Allison, moved to the Mt. Olive, Alabama area, they became cherished members of Hayden Faith Church of the Nazarene, where they were welcomed and loved dearly by their church family.

Faye’s faith was unwavering, and her love for her family and Savior an inspiration to all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, compassion, and devotion that will continue to live on through all those she touched.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Tisha Robertson; her husband, Dr. Donald Lee Allison; her son, Dennis Williams; and her sister, Earlene Guin. She is survived by her siblings, Dale Robertson and Yvonne Summerford and brother-in-law, John Allison.

Her legacy will continue through her children, Phillip Williams (Sheree), Steve Williams (Christy), Dawn Putman, Daryl Randolph (Miranda), and Carol Colvin; her step- children, Donald Lee Allison, Jr., Joan Wellman (Jim), Julia Shew (Sandy), Jan Bodenstab (Tim); and her grandchildren listed below.

Faye and her beloved husband, along with their family have long been dedicated to the value of education and to helping others pursue their callings through learning. In that spirit, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Dr. and Mrs. D. Lee Allison Memorial Scholarship at Trevecca Nazarene University, established to continue their shared legacy of faith, service, and education. Donations can be mailed directly to Trevecca at 333 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville, TN 37210, earmarked for this scholarship or made online at trevecca.edu/give. Please notate all donations in memory of Dr. and Mrs. D. Lee Allison.
