Mrs. Irene Haschak Heuerman, age 86, of Florence, passed away September 16, 2026. The rosary will be Thursday, September 24 at 9:30 am, followed by visitation from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Mass of Christian burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The burial will be Friday, September 25 at 1:15 at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Francis Heuerman; and parents, Stephen and Catherine Haschak.
Mrs. Heuerman is survived by her children Michael Heuerman (Donna), Christine Davis (Paul); brother, John Haschak (Joni); grandchildren, Jessica, Sydney, Noah, Andrew, Isabel, and Emma Katherine Davis.
Mrs. Heuerman found great joy in molding ceramics, crocheting, and tending to her African violets. She was an active member of St. Bede Catholic Church.
