Mrs. Inus Stone Martin passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 in Jackson. She was born November 18, 1926 in Reagan to the late Joseph Wesley and Maggie Blackstock Stone. She was retired from I-Appel and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Robert Martin and Hildon Barnes; and her two sons, David L. Martin and Robert Michael Martin; three sisters, Polly Hudson, Ollie Stone, and Inez Freeman; and six brothers, Russel Stone, Arthur Stone, Daniel Stone, Wylie Stone, Lester Stone, and Clifford Stone. She is survived by 9 nieces and 8 nephews and their families.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, March 22, 2023 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Shiloh Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 5-9 PM and on Wednesday, 10AM – 2 PM at Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington.
