She was born February 24, 1939, to the late Bill and Mamie Smith.
Ina Sue was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who loved her family dearly. She found her greatest joy in time spent with her children, grandchildren, and extended family and will be remembered for her kind heart, strength, and love for her family.
She is survived by her sons, Tony Clemens (wife Laura) and Philip Clemens (wife Christy); grandsons, Anthony Clemens (wife Laura), Jeffrey Clemens, and Tyler Clemens, and many more great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Bufford; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Guy Clemens; and her parents, Bill and Mamie Smith.
Visitation will be held at Scottsboro Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 from 5-8 p.m. The family will receive friends again on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 1-3 p.m. Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Ralph Hall, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
