Ina Mae Leadford, 99, of Florence, went home to be with the Lord on March 22, 2013. She was a member of Parker’s Chapel Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 24, 2013 from 6 – 9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, March 25, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Parker’s Chapel Baptist Church with Paul Pschirer, Ronnie Marks, and Gary Marks officiating. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pisgah Cemetery.
Mrs. Leadford was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Nancy Stricklin; husband, Selma; sons, LC and Albert; daughter, LouAnn.
She is survived by her son, Robert Leadford (Shirley); daughters-in-law, Christine and Margaret; 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren; 31 great-great grandchildren.
Active pallbearers will be Brandon Leadford, Justin Phillips, Adam Marks, Dwight Faulkner, Tim Marks, and Tommy Stricklin.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Abernathy, Wayne Price, and Barry Brannon.
The family would like to express their special thanks to Mitchell Hollingsworth and Southern Care Hospice for their care and support during her final days.
Everyone who knew Ms. Ina “Ma” held a special place in their heart for her as did she for them. She will be greatly missed by all.
