LIMESTONE COUNTY-Zachori Keith Blackwell, 24 was killed early Saturday, December 5. Randall James Townsend, 21 has been charged with murder in Blackwell’s death.
According to Authorities Blackwell was intoxicated at Extreme Performance and was arguing with his wife.Witnesses say Blackwell struck his wife and hit two other people as well.
Investigators report Blackwell was trying to get his wife to leave with him and Townsend used his truck to block Blackwell from leaving.
Blackwell then shoved Townsend, according to witnesses, pushing him to the ground. Townsend stood up and emptied his weapon, hitting Blackwell five times. It was reported in the release that Townsend, had the weapon in the front pocket of his hoodie.
Townsend is being held at the Limestone County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
