Imogene Vickery Dodd, age 82, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Northwest Medical Center.
She was born in Brilliant Alabama on Sunday, July 06, 1941, to Nealie Vickery and Ida (Miles) Vickery.
Imogene was a1959 graduate of Brilliant High School, a member of the Whitehouse Church of Christ for fifty plus years, and a member of Brilliant Lions Club.
She was preceded in death by her son Dolton Dodd; parents, Nealie and Ida Vickery; siblings, Lomax Vickery, Amelia Key, Ivalene Beasley, Ensworth Vickery; grandson-in-law, Scottie Cagle.
She is survived by two sons, Steve Dodd (friend Tamra Trull), Daniel Dodd (wife, Erika); grandchildren, Melinda Cagle, Derek Dodd (friend, Mel Stephenson); great grandchildren, Brantley Cagle, Gunner Cagle; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Brillant Memorial Gardens with Bro. Byron Longcier officiating. Interment at Brilliant Memorial Gardens.
