Imogene Speegle Yarbrough, 87, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday. Mrs. Yarbrough was preceded in death by her husband, William Yarbrough, parents, Mack and Georgia Speegle, brother, James Speegle, and sister, Ann McFarland. She was raised in Merrimack Village and attended Joe Bradley School. Mrs. Yarbrough was a nurse for 55 years.
Survivors include daughter, Brenda King (Ronald); grandson, Steven Harris (Neecie); great-grandchildren, Allie Harris and Julie Harris; sisters, Nancy Singleton and Dot Brewer (Pete); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 20 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Maple Hill Cemetery with Mylon Metcalf officiating.
