MORGAN COUNTY-On Sunday, May 26 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a boating accident on Wheeler Lake on Saturday, May 25 where one person has died:
“ALEA Marine Patrol Troopers continue to investigate a single vessel crash that occurred near Lacey Springs on Saturday, May 25.
Jerome Marks, age 56, of Huntsville was killed when he fell off the personal watercraft he was operating near Talucah Landing. According to investigators, Marks was not wearing a personal flotation device.
Marine Patrol Troopers continue to investigate.
