Huntsville Man Dies From Injuries Received In Single-Vehicle Accident

HAZEL GREEN –The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident near Hazel Green has taken the life of a Huntsville man:

“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 9:58 p.m. Saturday, February 28, has claimed the life of a Huntsville man.

Christopher H. Davis, 37, was fatally injured when the 2016 Kia Soul he was driving left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Davis was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash, was ejected and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash occurred on Grimwood Road near Jack Thomas Road, approximately two miles south of Hazel Green, in Madison County.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
