SHEFFIELD-Like an annual physical examination, communities need to have an occasional check up on their overall health, too. That is why the Huntsville Hospital Health System and its affiliates are conducting an online Community Health Assessment throughout North Alabama over the next couple of months.
Findings from the assessment can provide additional information in helping communities and health care providers establish priorities and health improvement strategies for the future.
