Huel Dean “Red” Banks, 83, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016. Services will be today at 11 a.m. at Golden Central Baptist Church, Golden, MS. Visitation was Tuesday at Golden Central Baptist Church and until service time on Wednesday. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Red Bay. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Ms. will be in charge of arrangements. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
