Funeral services for Mr. Howell Gossett, age 90, are scheduled for 10:00 am Tuesday, August 8, 2020 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with burial to follow in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery. Mr. Gossett passed away Saturday at his home in Wildersville. He was a retired Baptist minister and enjoyed gardening, truck patching, car salesman and fishing years ago with Jake Kizer and Hobert Ballard. Mr. Gossett was born April 22, 1930 in Benton Co. Tn. to the late Carlos Bufford Gossett and Lilly Mae Crabb Gossett. He was preceded in death by his wife- Mary Gossett of 69 years, two sons- David A. Gossett and Johnny Howell Gossett, grandson- Tulley Gossett and brother- Bufford Doss Gossett; Survivors include two sons- Jeffry D. Gossett and Todd Gossett (Teresa), two daughters- Vicky Butler (Larry) and Gayle Ross (Steve), 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grand children.
