Howard Willis Elliott, age 86, of Winchester, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 29, 1940, in Winchester, Tennessee, to the late John Thomas Elliott and Minnie Lee Elliott.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Watson Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and again on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home, with interment to immediately follow in Watson Memorial Park.
