Howard Wayne Cross, 88 of Ardmore, Tennessee died on Monday, November 11, 2013, at his home.
Born Saturday, February 14, 1925 in Ardmore, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Carl Clifton Cross and the late Willie Beatrice Beddingfield Cross. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist CHurch of Shepherdsville, KY, and a member of the Masonic Lodge Aurora 633.
Surviving are wife Jeanette P. Cross of Ardmore, TN, daughter, Debra Kay Brown of Charlestown, IN, sisters: Louise Hargrove of Taft, TN, Ruth Cross of Taft, TN, and Clara Mae Holt of Ardmore, TN, and one grandchild: Craig Brown, Jr.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Derrick Moose officiating. Burial will be in Blanche Cemetery, Blanche, TN.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
