Howard Sparks, 88, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Friday at New Bethel Baptist Church, Belmont. The service will be 4 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, is directing.
