Howard Lee Palmer, 70, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Courtyard Community Living Center in Fulton. He was born June 11, 1945 to the late Rube Palmer and the late Era Williams Palmer in Mantachie. He was a Baptist in belief. He lived in Courtyard Nursing, a place he enjoyed calling home.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra (William) Perry of Memphis, Granddaughter, Asylyn Perry of Memphis, 8 Sisters, Mary (Ernie) Brolin of Red Bay, AL, Eleanor (Bill) Lindley of Red Bay, AL, Ruby Fay Pettigo of Fulton, Peggy (Charles) Pedigo of Dumas, Linda (Billy) Kemp of Fulton, Wonda (James) Clayton of Fulton, Kaye Colburn of Mantachie, Teresa Share of Fayetteville, AR, 3 Brothers, Jimmy (Brenda) Palmer of Baldwyn, Billy Palmer of Zion, IL, Charles (Gail) Palmer of Marietta.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, Rebecca Patterson, 4 brothers, Easel Palmer, Johnny Edwin Palmer, Sammy Palmer, Robert Palmer, grandparents, Monroe (Melverdie) Williams, and Wiley (Nolar) Palmer.

Pallbearers will be his nephews.

Honorary pallbearers are Dan Franklin and Johnathan Ford.
