FLORENCE-It’s just a few weeks until EASTER! Chloe’s Fund volunteer bakers have put their creative skills together and come up with assorted, delectable treats for CHLOE’S FUND HOPPY TAILS EASTER BAKE SALE! The Bake Sale is Saturday, April 4 from 10am to 1pm at the Florence-Lauderdale Animal Services Building, 3240 Roberson Rd, Florence, AL. 100% of money raised from the Bake Sale goes directly into Chloe’s Fund.
Cakes, cookies, breads, Easter cupcakes, pies and various treats will be available for you and your furbaby. Our volunteer
bakers are well known for their specialty items…everything is made fresh to order! It’s best to pre-order our goodies – the Menu will be available early Monday evening, March 23 on the following Facebook pages; Chloe’s Fund for Medical Needs of Florence Shelter Animals and Florence Lauderdale Animal Services. OR Direct Message her on Facebook to place your order – the deadline to pre-order all baked goods is early Tuesday evening, March 31. You can pick up your order on Saturday, April 4 from 10am-1pm at Florence Lauderdale Animal Services, 3240 Roberson Rd, Florence. In addition to the Menu items, there are always EXTRA goodies the bakers were inspired to bake!
Chloe’s Fund was started in March of 2017 after shelter volunteers, Glen and Debby Nelson lost Chloe, their beloved 16 year-old dog. After Chloe’s passing, the Nelsons and their friends set out on a mission to help as many sick and injured Florence-Lauderdale Animal Services animals as possible. Since its inception, Chloe’s Fund vetted and saved the lives of more than 800 animals suffering from various illnesses and in need of medical attention.
