Hollis Olen Holland, 84, went to be with his heavenly father on Sunday, June 4, 2023 and his prayer was that he would see everyone in Heaven. He was born in Vina, AL to Clyde and Hattie Wright Holland. He was retired from Tiffin Motor Homes and was a member of Pineville Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 6, 4 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. John Oliver and Bro. J.C. Blackburn officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Louise Holland; son, Jeff Holland (Kim); granddaughter, Amanda Spencer (John); grandson, Kyler Holland and great-grandson, Huxley Spencer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Hubert Holland and Earnest Holland; sisters, Evelyn Gibson, Sue Crumpton and Bonnie Bennett; nephew, Joe Crumpton and niece, Cherry Crumpton.
Pallbearers will be Brad Davis, Allen Crumpton, Brian Cunningham, Nathan Davidson, John Spencer and Chris Wright.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 6, 2-4 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
