Funeral for Hollis Harold Williams, 78, of Trinity will be Monday, Sept. 12, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Pastor George Sawyer officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Williams, who died Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital, was born Nov. 23, 1937 in Mississippi to Merlin Williams and Verlin Stockton Williams. He was a charter member of Calvary Assembly of God. He installed cabinets and countertops. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, James Dillard Williams
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Newell Williams; son, Dr. Andrew (Lisa LaRaine) Williams; daughter, Holly (Roger) Darnell; sister, Betty Sue Heisler; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lawrence County Dream Center (Calvary).
